West Lombok, February 19, 2025 — Cendimanik Village held a strategic coordination meeting on February 13, 2025, to discuss technological development aimed at accelerating public services and supporting local empowerment. The meeting was chaired by the Village Head, Maren, S.Pd., M.M., and involved various village elements such as the Village Consultative Body (BPD), Karang Taruna (Youth Organization), BUMDes, Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group), and other village institutions. The event also featured the presence of the Lingkar Pena Indonesia team led by Muh. Husein Baysha, M.Pd., accompanied by Dodi Afriansyah, S.H., and Sami’un, M.E.
Key Agenda: Service Digitalization and Human Resource Empowerment
In his opening remarks, Village Head Maren emphasized that technology is the key to enhancing public service quality and fostering economic advancement. “We are committed to integrating technology into various aspects of community services. With effective synergy, we are optimistic about realizing Cendimanik Village as a digital village,” he said.
The main agenda discussed included:
- Development of an Integrated Village Website
Plans were outlined to build an official village website to provide public access to information, online administrative services, event schedules, and direct feedback channels for community aspirations. - Social Media Networks
To strengthen communication with residents, the village aims to optimize social media platforms as tools for information dissemination, education, and program promotion. - Digital Studio and Creative Content
Karang Taruna and Pokdarwis proposed the establishment of a digital studio to produce promotional content for local tourism, digital education materials, and marketing for creative village products. - Training and Mentorship for Human Resources
Lingkar Pena Indonesia is committed to providing intensive training for village officials, Karang Taruna, and BUMDes to improve skills in digital administration and social media management.

Muh. Husein Baysha, M.Pd., praised the proactive approach of Cendimanik Village. “We are ready to be a strategic partner in supporting the village’s vision through HR training, technical assistance, and relevant technology development,” he said.
Dodi Afriansyah, S.H., highlighted the importance of transparency and accountability in managing village technology. He noted that digitizing administrative systems would simplify oversight and accelerate public services. Meanwhile, Sami’un, M.E., emphasized the economic potential of digital marketing of local products. “With the right marketing strategy, the village’s flagship products can reach broader markets,” he added.
Agreements and Next Steps
The meeting resulted in several strategic agreements, including:
- Launch of an integrated village website: Expected to be completed within three months.
- First Phase HR Training: Scheduled to begin in late February 2025, focusing on website and social media management.
- Construction of a Digital Studio: Targeted for completion by mid-2025 to serve as a hub for creative village content production.
- Digitalization Roadmap: To be developed incrementally with full implementation targeted within two years.
Village Head Marne, S.Pd., M.M. concluded the meeting with high hopes for the implementation of these digitalization programs. “This synergy marks a significant step forward for Cendimanik Village toward a brighter future. Through technology, we not only serve the community better but also create new opportunities for economic and social empowerment,” he stated.
The Cendimanik Village Government hopes that the success of this program will inspire other villages to adopt technology in their development efforts. With solid collaboration between the village government and strategic partners, Cendimanik Village is ready to become a pioneer in village digitalization in West Lombok.
